Elaraj & Associates had its beginnings as a small personal injury law firm over eight years ago. Over the years, Elaraj & Associates has developed a finely tuned practice focusing on such areas as police brutality, wrongful death, slip & fall, and automobile cases. While our commitment to representing injured members of our community remains the same, as we have grown, Elaraj & Associates has been able to expand its reach and offer services to those with immigration and workers' compensation cases.

Amparo Garcia
Formerly a Legal Assistant, Amparo took over the role of Office Manager and Bookkeeper in April, 2009. She keeps business moving by doing everything from preparing client accounts and determining settlement values, to meeting with the firm's suppliers and advertisers to keep Elaraj & Associates in the spotlight. As the senior member of our non-attorney staff, she knows the process inside and out.

Lindsay Merrick Thompson
Lindsay came to Elaraj & Associates in August of 2008. As the Litigation Paralegal, she enjoys the challenge of assisting the attorneys with necessary research and documentation, and managing the many deadlines involved in formal litigation. Linnea Myers
Linnea started working with us as a Legal Assistant/Receptionist in January 2011. Her duties include answering incoming calls and clients questions, entering new client intakes, filing motor vehicle accident claims with insurance companies and helping clients with property damage issues. She is currently finishing her Certificate in Interpretation at the University of Minnesota.

Since November of 2010, Angel has been a Legal Assistant at Elaraj & Associates. His duties range from monitoring personal injury cases from beginning to the end, assist with writing demand packages and the litigation process. Angel hopes to attend law school in the near future.
